I have stayed for 3 nights with my fiance. Beds ended up big enough and the room was constantly pretty clean. Staff members were incredibly helpful and pleasant and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was super cool. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Incredibly nice and clean hotel. The location is excellent, exactly what we preferred. Beds were pretty comfy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social environment but it´s great for a complete night rest. I appreciated my days here enormously and will most likely come once again for my next visit here.

Me and my wife stayed at Hotel Glymur for 2 nights for holidays to checking out the city. Hotel Glymur is located in an incredibly central position, it’s clean along with the beds are extremely comfortable! There is just one issue I’d personally suggest going forward and that’s to offer much more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Overall, We were very pleased with this place and will surely recommend it to anyone trying to visit Akranes.
